Chaweng is the busiest most tourist oriented part of Koh Samui, however with a 7km stretch of beach you can still find a quiet spot to spend your days relaxing.

Chaweng is one of the best places to shop on Koh Samui. Alongside the multitude of bars and restaurants, the entire length of the beach road is taken up with stores selling goods of every description - from clothes and jewelry to electronics, music and handicrafts.
