Pangani - Getting There From Dar es Salaam: Fly to Tanga with Coastal Aviation and then road transfer to your accommodation. Driving from Dar es Salaam takes 5-6 hours. It is possible to drive through Saadani National Park. From Arusha / Moshi: Fly by schedule to Dar es Salaam and then schedule (Zanair) to Pangani. Driving from Arusha takes 6-7 hours. Driving from Moshi takes 4-5 hours. From Zanzibar: Fly Coastal Aviation to Tanga, then road transfer to Tides. Take a Dhow from Zanzibar direct to Pangani. The boats are usually equipped with VHF radio, shade and life jackets. It takes 3-4 hours. Must be booked in advance.
