Terms, conditions and agreements
   

Legal Responsibility:

  • AE Alemet Ethiopia Tour Operation respects any agreements made with travel agents or individual travelers.
  • AE Alemet Ethiopia Tour Operation liable for transportation services and arrangements, hotel payments and reservations, domestic flight booking and and payments.
  • We are also reliable for all the payements of the sightseeings and itinerary follow up.
  • We are not responsible for cancellation, schedule change and delay of flight; for handbag and luggage lost or damage, documents and money lost, incase of injury or accident. However, we do not hesitate to help or facilitate any conditions happen.
  • Clients must have insurance from the country where they live.
  • We are flexible for any requests that come.

Cost settlement:

  • First, quotation is sent with the itinerary to the clients. If the clients accept it and make, reconfirmation invoice will be sent.
  • Up to 50 % advance payement is done. The rest of the payment can be settled up on arrival. Clients can also settle down the payment up to 100% in advance.
  • The advance payment is done before two months of the commencement of the tour
  • From 30 days to 15 days the cancellation fee is 50%.
  • From 15 days to 10 days the cancellation fee is 90%.
  • From 10 days to departure from home cancellation fee is 100%
