Mr. Haymond, the consul general of US consulate general in Chengdu revealed on June 28th that the United States is working with China on matters of prolonged visas to Chinese citizens. The US plans to allow two or three year multiple non-immigrant visas.
The United States consulate general in China issued over 1.3 million tourist, business and student visas last year, up 25% compared to 2011.
