TKS Exhibition Services Ltd, organizer of the 27th ITE (International Travel Expo Hong Kong) and the 8th ITE MICE (MICE Travel Expo) is pleased to announce today the co-operation with The Chinese Photographic Association of Hong Kong Ltd (CPAHK) to jointly hold in the Travel Expo this year a Travel Photo Festival that include a large scale "Travel Photo Exhibition" and a series of related seminars by experts.

CPAHK will invite members to submit travel photos for selection, particularly those related to travel themes highlighted in ITE & MICE. It is expected that over a hundred photos will be displayed, and an opening ceremony for the Festival has also been planned.

Established in 1958 and has now around 2000 members, CPAHK holds in each year photo exhibitions for members since 1961. Co-operation of CPAHK with TKS in 2012 on a travel photo exhibition was a big success, and leads to an expanded co-operation this year into a Festival.

"Photography helps retaining wonderful moments in holiday! Nowadays, cameras are more often used in holidays, reflecting the close link between photography and travel. Therefore, travel expo is a suitable venue to display the excellent travel photos by our members", said Mr. NG Man-Kuen, President of CPAHK.

"Travel photography is popular among our public visitors, and last year 52% of them expressed interest, much higher than our travel themes surveyed. We welcome continued co-operation with CPAHK, and the extension into a Travel Photo Festival!", said KS Tong, Managing Director of TKS.
