BEIJING-China based business travellers can now book their domestic travel, via their smartphones, thanks to Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) Online China. The first of its kind in the market, supports travellers' necessary business travel needs, with innovative products and tools.
Albert Zhong, general manager, CWT China said "We are the first and only Travel Management Company (TMC) in China to launch a mobile app to book business travel."He went on to say "our in-house IT team has independently created this app using the latest technology to produce a user-friendly app that is available across multiple platforms".
The mobile app allows the business traveller to book a business trip anytime, anywhere and there are also plans to increase the functionality of the mobile app to include international bookings in the near future.
CWT Online China also allows access to a wide range of domestic, in-country services, including booking, itinerary, changes in travel schedule and location-based information. The app cooperates with a company's travel policy and has a built in approval process.
Exclusive to CWT China the app is now available to CWT travelers on iOS and Android, and will be available on Blackberry and Windows Phone soon.
